Dyson V8 Stops Working And Only Runs When Shaken Despite Service Claim

I purchased a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner with the serial number 4MF-EU-TGP0602A. The vacuum would stop working and only start again when it was tapped or shaken. After my phone call with Dyson service experts on 20.10.2025, they sent me a new battery on 25 October 2025 for replacement. However, the vacuum still did not work. When I contacted them again, they requested a return for inspection, and I sent the vacuum to them in its original packaging. But even though the vacuum is only 1 year old and still not working, my complaint was dismissed, and the device was returned to me with the statement that it was “within normal standards and functioning.” Yet it still only works when shaken, clearly indicating a loose connection inside, which they refuse to acknowledge.
