I purchased the Bioderma genital whitening cream from Trendyol, and it has caused irritation and itching. Despite filing a complaint on their website, sending emails through their official site, and even making phone calls to report the issue, I haven't received any response. I paid a significant amount for this product, and it has adversely affected my health. Why isn't Bioderma providing an explanation for a product that clearly has side effects?
