Bioderma Pigmentio C-Concentrate on My Face Started to Burn

After using Bioderma Pigmentio C-Concentrate on my face, in 15 minuted ıt stared to burn, blush and itch, I immediately washed my face but the reactions did not stop. So I sent an e-mail to Bioderma and in their response I told me that they are going to get in touch in 1-3 days. But it has been 7 days and no call, no apologise, no solutions, only me with my face like the surface of the moon. Does Bioderma really care about the customers and their health, I doubt.
