I purchased Bioderma’s anti-spot sunscreen, specifically checking the barcode to ensure it was an original product. However, I was extremely disappointed upon opening it. A yellow, oily substance came out instead of proper sunscreen. The texture was excessively runny and looked like curdled yogurt. Additionally, the smell was unpleasant, making me hesitant to even apply it to my face. Considering the high price I paid for this product, I expected much better quality. This experience has been a complete letdown, and I am requesting an immediate response and resolution from Bioderma. It’s unacceptable to sell a product in this condition. Please address this issue and offer a solution as soon as possible.
