Transaction Discrepancy with Binomo - Funds Sent but Not Received
I used UPI to send money to the payment provider, and both my bank statement and the app show that the transaction was successful. But the Binomo support team says that the payment provider didn't get the money. I asked the beneficiary bank to reverse the UPI and the chargeback, but they both turned me down because they didn't want to give me my money back. I sent Binomo support my bank statement and a video of the transaction activity, and they asked me to send them an official letter from the bank. I got an official letter saying that the chargeback was wrong and sent it to Binomo support, but nothing has happened yet, and it's been 33 days.
