Binomo Refuses to Pay Promised 20% Cashback

I signed up for Binomo through the Investor Club YouTube channel, as they promised a 20% cashback on all investments made throughout January. However, from the very beginning, they made it difficult to claim the cashback, creating unnecessary obstacles at every step.

Despite following their instructions and trusting Investor Club, I had to fight for every cashback payment. Today, they completely refused to pay, giving excuses and changing the terms. First, they claimed that I needed to use bonus funds for the cashback, even though they previously said it applied to all investments.

After forcing them to process the payment, they canceled my bonus and falsely accused me of fraud, even though I provided clear proof with screenshots. In the end, they simply refused to pay and left me in a difficult financial situation. I invested ₺21,750 this week, yet they are now ignoring their own terms.

I demand an immediate resolution and full payment of my cashback as promised. Binomo must stop misleading investors and honor their commitments!
