USDT Transfer from OKX TR to Binance Not Received

I transferred USDT from OKX TR to Binance using the TON network, but the funds have not appeared in my Binance account. I have attached the transaction details, address, and TXID as proof.

I also submitted a support request to Binance, but they told me it would take two business days for a response. This is unacceptable for a crypto transfer, which should be instant or processed within minutes.

Binance, I need urgent clarification on where my money is. Has my USDT been lost? Why is there a delay? I expect immediate action to locate my funds and ensure they are credited to my account without further delay!
