Recovering your money can be difficult if you used the incorrect deposit address on Binance and your funds aren't credited because of a misplaced or missing Tag, Memo, or payment ID. Once the withdrawal process is started, Binance is unable to track down the recipient or offer any additional support. Typically, Binance does not provide a token/coin recovery service.
However; the following actions may be taken:
• Get in Touch with the Owner Directly: If you are aware of who owns the wrong address, get in touch with them and let them know what's going on. They might be open to giving the money back.
• Get in touch with the Receiving Platform's Customer Support: If the assets were sent to the incorrect address on another platform, seek help from that platform's customer support. They might already have policies in place to assist with money returned to the incorrect address.
• Forgetting Tag/Memo: Contact the customer support of the platform you withdrew from if you failed to include a Tag/Memo for your withdrawal. Give them the Transaction ID (TxID) associated with your withdrawal so they can help you find and credit the money.
You must contact the relevant parties as soon as possible and provide them all the information they require. But keep in mind that the cooperation of the address owner or the receiving platform's policies are necessary for the success of fund recovery. Always verify and double-check deposit information to prevent future problems of this kind.
