I Forgot the MEMO When Sending TON to Binance and Now I Can’t Recover My Funds

I transferred TON from my Telegram wallet to Binance, but I made the critical mistake of forgetting to include the MEMO address during the transaction. As a result, the funds never arrived in my Binance account.
I tried to follow the recovery process by submitting the TxID, but the system keeps rejecting it, and I’m unable to proceed. On top of that, reaching Binance customer support has become nearly impossible. There’s no clear contact method, and the automated responses offer no real help. When I do get through, it’s incredibly difficult to communicate or get meaningful assistance.
This is not a small issue—my money is stuck, and I’m getting no support from a platform that claims to be the global leader in crypto. Binance, I’m asking for urgent help to recover my funds. Please escalate this issue, provide a working support channel, and guide me through the proper steps to retrieve my transfer. I expect real action—not more automated replies.
