Regarding a cryptocurrency transfer that I started approximately one month ago, I am writing to convey my increasing worry and annoyance. I transferred 13,654 TON tokens from the TON Hub wallet to the Binance account, making sure to input the correct cryptocurrency address. But I'm disappointed because the money hasn't shown up in my Binance account yet.
TON Hub's team has not responded to my repeated attempts to contact them about this matter. My concern regarding the whereabouts of my assets has grown as a result of this breakdown in communication.
My hope is that the Binance team can help me, a Binance user, get this issue resolved by responding to my message here. It is my hope that Binance, given their prominence in the cryptocurrency industry, can assist in establishing contact with TON Hub or shed light on the current situation regarding this transfer.
