Unable to Unlock My Binance Account Due to Facial Recognition Error

Last night, I accidentally blocked my Binance account and have been trying to reactivate it ever since. Unfortunately, the facial recognition feature isn’t working, and the system doesn’t direct me to live support for further assistance. Despite updating my phone and the Binance app and even trying a different internet connection, I still can’t resolve the issue.

The error code displayed is 133197, and while I opened a support ticket (134484862) and received some responses, the issue remains unresolved. Since I’m using a desktop computer, I couldn’t complete the video verification process to lift the block. I urgently need Binance to resolve this issue so I can regain access to my account and resume transactions. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.
