On November 1, I attempted to purchase Hot Coin worth £15 GBP through the Binance Global mobile app, using my Bank of Scotland account. During the transaction, £15 was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, but the transaction was not confirmed on Binance.
At this point, the money has neither been refunded to my bank account nor has the equivalent amount of Hot Coin appeared in my Binance wallet — meaning my money has effectively disappeared.

During the process, I did not receive any error message or warning. I also tried to contact Binance customer support, but I was unable to reach them, so my issue remains unresolved.
I request that Binance either refund the £15 GBP withdrawn from my bank account or credit my Binance account with £15 worth of Hot Coin. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently.
