On November 14, 2025, I made a transfer of 12.68 USDT from my Binance TR account to my Binance Global account. Although the transaction shows as successful in the Binance TR app, the transferred amount has still not appeared in my Binance Global account. This was my first time making such a transfer, and it’s also the first time I’ve encountered this kind of problem. I completed the transaction through the iOS mobile app. I tried to contact both Binance TR and Binance Global customer service, but I wasn’t able to reach anyone or receive any support.
