I am experiencing a serious issue with my Binance Wallet account. For the past 1.5 weeks, my token balance has been showing incorrectly, and I have been completely unable to make any withdrawals. Despite having enough balance in my account, whenever I attempt to withdraw, I receive the error message: “You cannot withdraw.”
This is my first time dealing with token transactions, and I did not pay any extra fees when adding tokens to my account. However, this problem has left my funds effectively frozen and inaccessible.
During this period, I have repeatedly tried to contact Binance customer support, but I have not been able to reach them in any way, nor have I received any assistance. The lack of response and transparency is extremely frustrating.

I demand that Binance urgently investigate and fix this problem, restore my token balance to the correct amount, and make it withdrawable immediately. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the amount I deposited. Customers should not be left without access to their own funds for weeks, especially with no support from customer service.
