On September 28, I purchased a total of $150 worth of Yellow Coin in two separate transactions using the existing balance in my Binance wallet. Shortly after the purchase, my balance increased to $307. However, when I checked my account on October 4, I discovered that my Yellow Coin holdings had completely disappeared, and my earnings were reset to zero.
I did not receive any warnings, error messages, or notifications indicating a problem. This was my first time using Binance Wallet, and I’ve never experienced such an issue before. The transaction UID is 96923*, and the payment was made directly from my Binance account balance. I still have a complete transaction history showing the purchases.
I expect Binance to thoroughly investigate this issue and refund the missing balance that has disappeared from my account.
