Missing TON Coins Sent from Hotcoin to Binance, Memo Error Causing 13-Hour Delay

I transferred TON coins from Hotcoin Global to Binance Global, but 13 hours later, they still haven’t arrived in my account. Unfortunately, I forgot to include the memo during the transfer. Despite explaining this multiple times, Hotcoin has neither canceled nor resolved the transaction.

Initially, I was told to wait an hour, but no action was taken. The next morning, I saw that the transfer was marked as completed, yet the coins were still missing. When I contacted support again, they canceled and resent the transfer, but still nothing reached my Binance account. According to Hotcoin, the transfer is complete, but my 8,000 ₺ worth of coins have essentially been withheld. This needs to be resolved immediately.
