I Know My Password But Still Can’t Access My Binance Global Account

I’ve been a Binance Global user for over 5–6 years, and I have active investments on the platform, but now I suddenly can’t access my account—even though I know my correct password. I’ve tried everything, but the system keeps blocking me out.

All of my security credentials are fully in place: my Google Authenticator is set up, my email and phone number are correctly registered, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is active. Despite this, I’m completely locked out of my account, and it’s been impossible to get proper help because Binance’s Turkish support is severely lacking.

This situation is incredibly stressful, especially when real money is involved—₺50,000+ worth of crypto assets are at stake here. I’ve always trusted Binance with my portfolio, but this recent experience is making me question everything.

Binance, I need urgent support to restore access to my account. Don’t make loyal users feel abandoned. You must improve your Turkish customer service and provide a clear recovery solution for users who meet all the security criteria but still can’t log in. Resolve this immediately—I want access to my funds and account now.
