I Can’t Access My Binance Account After Changing Phones

After changing my phone, I’ve been completely locked out of my Binance Global account. I can’t log in using my phone number or my email address. Every time I try, the system either says “account not found” or it forces me to create a brand-new account using my current email—while my actual account, which contains hundreds of thousands of ₺, remains completely inaccessible.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked. Binance’s system seems to have no proper account recovery method in cases like this, and the lack of real-time support makes the situation even worse.

I demand an urgent solution. Binance must assist me in recovering access to my original account immediately. There is a significant amount of money in there, and I cannot just be ignored or asked to start over. I need real help—not automated messages or ticket loops.
