I recently experienced a serious issue on the Binance app where my position was liquidated above the displayed liquidation price. According to the app, I had a specific liquidation threshold, and I was monitoring it carefully. However, I was liquidated even though the price never actually hit that level. In fact, based on Binance’s own data, the asset didn’t even touch my liquidation mark—it was at least 2% above it.
To make matters worse, the coin I was holding rebounded shortly afterward, meaning I wouldn’t have been liquidated had the system worked as intended. I’m extremely frustrated, as this seems like a system error that unfairly wiped out my investment. I’m requesting an urgent review and correction of this issue. Binance needs to investigate why the liquidation engine ignored the displayed margin data, and I demand to be compensated for this mistake.
