I had a 2x leveraged position open for a long time on the XRP/USDT trading pair in the Binance mobile app. On October 1, 2025, I attempted to partially close this position—only about 1.1% of it. However, when I closed the trade, instead of receiving the expected 260 USDT, only 144 USDT was credited to my account.
The order numbers for these partial close transactions are 12335112, 1233548150, and 123354*70. Even though all the trades were closed in profit, the credited amount was significantly lower in each case. I did not receive any commission, fee, or deduction notification that could explain the discrepancy.
There were no error messages or unusual occurrences during the transactions. My account also had sufficient balance and margin at the time. I am requesting that Binance credit the missing balance to my account and provide a detailed explanation for why this issue occurred.
Since I currently have a significant amount of funds in my account, I want to ensure that this problem does not happen again in future transactions.
