I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Binance Global account regarding my USDT balance. I originally had 200 USDT, with 100 USDT in my USD-M futures account and 100 USDT in my spot wallet.
First, I used the 100 USDT from my futures account to open a position. Then, I transferred the remaining 100 USDT from my spot wallet to the same account. However, the numbers are not adding up. The open position value and the total account balance don’t match, and there’s an unexplained discrepancy in the displayed funds.
I waited for over 24 hours, thinking it might be a temporary system issue, but nothing changed. This raises concerns about transparency and trust, especially on a platform handling large volumes of funds daily.
I demand a clear explanation and resolution. Where is the missing amount? If this is a known issue, why hasn’t Binance communicated it to users? And if not, then I expect immediate action to investigate and correct the problem.
