I’ve been unable to complete the identity verification process on my Binance Global account. I opened this account about five years ago, and back then I transferred the cryptocurrency I mined into it. When I logged in again four days ago, I saw that my balance was around $42,000. However, I’m now facing several issues both during the verification process and after logging in.
During ID verification, I use my Turkish ID card, but the system either fails to recognize my ID number or doesn’t match my face, resulting in a failed verification attempt. I’ve tried completing this process multiple times over the past three days—on my iPhone (iOS) and other devices—but I keep getting the same error every time. The verification never completes successfully.
Additionally, when I log into my account, my balance shows as zero (0). I initially thought this might be due to the incomplete verification, but since I haven’t been able to verify my identity, I can’t confirm it. I’ve also been unable to reach Binance customer service, and I haven’t received any assistance. My account’s registered email address is a*@gmail.com**.
I am requesting that my identity verification be completed successfully, that my $42,000 balance be restored and made visible again, and that my funds be returned to me as soon as possible. I ask for this matter to be resolved urgently.
