I can log into my Binance account, but for the past month I have been stuck at the identity verification stage, constantly receiving the error:
“Verification failed. ENTER your information exactly as it appears on your valid identity document and TRY again.”
Even though I repeatedly tried with my Turkish ID card, the verification continues to fail, and as a result, I cannot access my wallet balance or make any trades.
Currently, my wallet shows $0, even though I have approximately $150 in my account. I have not made any changes to my registered email or phone information, and I have not been asked to provide any additional documents. I never experienced this issue before.
I also attempted to contact Binance customer service, but I could not reach them, and my problem remains unresolved.
I urgently request that my wallet access be restored and that my identity verification issue be resolved so I can use my account for trading again.
