Binance Does Not Let Me Verify My Account With ID Card for Over a Year

I have been experiencing a serious problem with identity verification on my Binance account for a long time. Only the email verification option is available, and I cannot complete the process with my ID card. This issue has been ongoing for more than a year and appears the same way across all devices. To resolve it, I contacted Binance customer service both through video and messages, but since the communication was in English, the process took a long time, and unfortunately, I did not get any results. I request that identity verification be made possible with an ID card as well and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
