I Can’t Access My Binance Account Despite Submitting ID and Verified Selfie

I’ve been trying to regain access to my Binance account, but I’m completely stuck. I no longer have access to the phone number or email associated with my account, so I followed the steps Binance requires for identity verification. I submitted a clear photo of my ID along with a selfie holding a handwritten note, exactly as instructed.

Despite this, every time I try to log in, I’m met with yet another issue. I’ve gone through the verification process over 20 times, and not a single attempt has been accepted. It’s incredibly frustrating and emotionally draining. Binance keeps rejecting my submissions without providing any real explanation or guidance on what I need to do differently.

This is my own account, with my funds—₺100,000+ potentially at stake—and I’m locked out despite proving my identity over and over again.

Binance, this is unacceptable. You need to improve your customer support and make it easier for real users to recover their accounts. I’ve done everything by the book. Now I demand that my identity be verified and that I be allowed back into my account immediately. Stop making legitimate users feel powerless.

I cannot log into my Binance TR account and I am requesting help because I no longer have access to my email address and phone number. I would appreciate it if you could assist me through Case ID 80103093. They helped me in the same way with my Binance global account through the Case ID, but when I try to log into my Binance TR account, the code is sent to my old (closed) phone number and email, which I no longer have access to.

I can now log into my Binance app, thank you, but when switching to the Binance TR app, it still sends the code to my old number, nothing has changed :/
