Binance Account Under Review for 5 Days – Unable to Withdraw Funds or Get Support


I cannot withdraw or transfer funds from my Binance account, consistently encountering an RW00270 error. Despite reaching out to Binance customer service multiple times, I am only told that my account is under review. However, no explanation for the review or the error has been provided.
To make matters worse, they are asking me to wait 45 days for a resolution, which is entirely unreasonable. When I request more details about the issue, I receive no meaningful answers—just the repeated statement that my account is under review and no further information can be shared.
As a customer, I find this level of service unacceptable. Why are accounts being restricted without reason? I urge Binance to address this issue immediately and provide clear communication regarding my account status.
