On October 11, 2025, I placed a buy order of 250 USDT for the GIGGLE/USDT trading pair using the balance available in my Binance mobile wallet. The transaction initially appeared normal — there was no error message, but the app froze for about a minute, and I couldn’t use it during that time.
After the screen recovered, I noticed that the 250 USDT had disappeared from my wallet, yet no GIGGLE/USDT purchase was executed. Currently, my wallet only shows my BNB balance, while the 250 USDT is missing.
There is no transaction record in my order history or wallet activity log, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I haven’t contacted Binance customer support yet. My account number is 10083*.
I respectfully request that Binance investigate this issue immediately and refund the missing 250 USDT to my account as soon as possible.
