I Can’t Reopen My Old Binance Account or Reset My Password

A long time ago, I opened a Binance account and later closed it. It’s been quite a while since then, but now I want to reopen an account and start using the platform again. However, when I try to register, Binance notifies me that my identity information is already in use.

I tried using the "Forgot Password" feature, hoping to reset it and recover my old account, but I never receive the password reset email. I’ve checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders—there’s nothing. This leaves me in a frustrating loop: I can’t open a new account because my ID is already registered, and I can’t access the old account because the system won’t send the reset email.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support and clear options for resolving this. Binance, if you’re going to store user identity information long after account closure, then you need to provide a functional and responsive account recovery process.
