Binance Refunded My Transfer but Huobi Has Not Returned My Earnings for Months

I transferred money from Huobi to Binance, but since Binance was installed on a new phone, the transaction was rejected. Fortunately, the Binance support team provided excellent assistance and refunded the money back to Huobi in relation to my account. That was five months ago, and since then, the Huobi team has provided no support and has only wasted my time. Despite sending all the necessary proof, including videos, photos, and transaction numbers, and receiving confirmation from Huobi that the deposit would be processed, they have yet to complete it. They claimed their system has been updated for the past three months, but I still have not received my earnings. Please check this issue and assist me in resolving it.
