My Google Authenticator Code Lost and Binance Support Unresponsive for 6 Months

My phone broke, so I couldn't use the Google Authenticator app anymore. This meant I couldn't get the code I needed to transfer to Binance Global. Even though I sent an email through the Trbinance support chat, I haven't heard back in the past six months. Now, when I try to log in, I see a message that says their support team will look over my request for help and make a decision within three business days. But I've been waiting for six months and still don't know what's going on with my problem. Binance Global support hasn't helped me solve my problem, which means I can't get into my account. I'm upset that Binance Global support doesn't answer my questions and I can't move my coins to their platform. It's been a long and frustrating time, and I hope they will help me get back into my account soon. This process has really upset me and I want it to end.
