I Face Account Access Problem on Binance Due to Repeated ID Number Error

I’m trying to verify my account on the Binance app, but every time I attempt to do so using my new chip-enabled Turkish ID card, I keep getting the error message: “This ID number is already in use.” This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks, and I encounter the same error with every attempt.

I currently have around $100 worth of cryptocurrency in my account, but I’m unable to log in or access my funds because of this verification problem. I haven’t yet contacted Binance Customer Support. My account username is c*@gmail.com**, and I’m using the latest version of the Binance app on an Android phone.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my account access be restored immediately so I can use my funds.
