I’m trying to verify my account on the Binance app, but every time I attempt to do so using my new chip-enabled Turkish ID card, I keep getting the error message: “This ID number is already in use.” This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks, and I encounter the same error with every attempt.
I currently have around $100 worth of cryptocurrency in my account, but I’m unable to log in or access my funds because of this verification problem. I haven’t yet contacted Binance Customer Support.
