Binance BTC/USDT Futures Error Blocked My Sell Order And Caused Forced Liquidation

On September 15, between 15:09 and 15:12, I was trading the BTC/USDT pair on the Binance mobile app with a balance of about $10–13 using 10x–30x leverage. During the trade, I tried several times to place a sell order, but each time I received a long error message in English on the screen, and the order would not execute.

Because my sell order was blocked, my position was suddenly liquidated, and I was left with a debt of $75.83 on my account. After the liquidation, I even deposited another $13, but this amount was immediately deducted to cover part of the debt.

I attempted to contact Binance TR customer support, but I could not find any direct communication channel to resolve this issue. This is the first time I have ever encountered such a technical failure, and it has left me with both losses and frustration.

I demand that Binance compensate me for the losses caused by the error and remove the $75.83 debt that was unfairly applied to my account. A clear and transparent explanation should also be provided as to why the sell orders failed and how such technical errors will be prevented in the future.

As a customer, I should not be held financially responsible for losses caused by system errors, and I expect my case to be resolved immediately.
