After my Binance futures position was liquidated, I was shocked to find my account showing a debt of -12 USDT. I thought a liquidated account should be reset to zero—not show a negative balance. To clear it, I deposited 50 USDT. But Binance immediately deducted 12 USDT without warning or justification, leaving me with only 38 USDT.
The lack of transparency in this process left me completely disheartened. I didn’t even get a proper explanation for why the negative balance existed in the first place. This unexpected deduction ruined my trading confidence, and unfortunately, I ended up losing the remaining 38 USDT as well due to stress and confusion.
Binance, this is unacceptable. I expect you to fix this error and refund the 12 USDT that was unfairly taken from my deposit. Your users deserve clarity, fairness, and proper support—none of which I received here. Please take action immediately.
