Binance Blocked My Account for a Friend’s Transaction and Won’t Release My Funds

My Binance account has been blocked for over a year because of a transaction made by a friend. Although the issue was supposedly resolved and the transaction was reversed, Binance still hasn’t restored access to my account. I was told that everything would be reviewed and resolved within a month, but it's now been 12 months, and I still can’t access my own funds.

What’s worse is that I’ve reached out to customer support week after week, and every time, I’m either ignored or sent copy-paste responses that go nowhere. I’ve explained the situation over and over again, and no one at Binance seems interested in helping. It's like I’ve been completely abandoned.

I’m not even asking for much—I just want to transfer my wallet to another crypto exchange and stop dealing with Binance altogether. But right now, my money—₺60,000+ worth of crypto—is stuck, and Binance refuses to give it back. This feels like theft.

Binance, I’m demanding a final resolution. Unlock my account, or at least let me move my funds elsewhere. You have no right to hold my money hostage for something I didn’t even do. Do the right thing and fix this now.
