Since October 15, 2025, I have invested a total of 22,000 through the Binance and T Quick applications. However, when I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was informed that I must first pay an additional “insurance fee” of 12,000 in order to complete the withdrawal. I urgently need my money, yet I am being told that I cannot access it without paying this extra amount.
The person who initially contacted me is no longer reachable — their phone number has been disconnected. I also haven’t been able to reach official customer support; the only communication I’ve received has been from the same individuals repeatedly calling and insisting that I make this so-called insurance payment.
I live in Gaziantep, Turkey, and my Binance username is “h* k***.” I request that my deposited funds be released without any additional charges and that my financial loss and distress be resolved immediately. I also urge Binance to investigate this fraudulent activity connected to the “T Quick” platform and ensure that similar scams do not occur again.
