On September 18, 2025, at around 01:20 AM, I attempted to withdraw USDT from my Binance account. However, without any suspicious activity on my account or any security notification, I suddenly received a warning stating: “Your account has been suspended for 12 hours.” As a result, my withdrawal transactions were blocked.
This is the first time I have faced such an issue. When I contacted Binance customer service, I was only told to wait, but no satisfactory explanation was provided. Although I did not incur a financial loss, I feel unfairly restricted as my transactions were unnecessarily suspended.
I request that my account be unblocked immediately and that Binance provide a clear explanation for why this action was taken without cause. Customers should not face such arbitrary restrictions on their funds.
