My experience with Binance TR has been incredibly frustrating and I feel that my rights have been violated. I have had a verified account with them for over a year, and yet I have not received the $100 code that I was entitled to due to the earthquake donation campaign. It is unacceptable that Binance does not promote its donation activities and does not actually provide them in practice. I have contacted them several times, emphasizing my eligibility for the donation, but have received no response. As an earthquake victim, it is my right to receive the donation to which I am entitled, and I have been waiting for over a year. My Binance account ID is 3705***, and I would be grateful if Binance would finally fulfill its obligations. I'm hoping that by filing this complaint, Binance will finally provide the donation to which I'm entitled. Thank you for your consideration.
