Binance Promises and Fails to ProvideTurkey Earthquake Donation Relief
Since I am a verified Binance user located in the affected area, I was promised $100 in donation aid as part of Binance's Earthquake Relief Campaign. Even though my account is verified, Binance has yet to credit the promised assistance to my account with the ID number 261639, and it has been more than a few days since they first made this promise. Binance's failure to follow through on the promised donation is unacceptable and unjustified. Unfortunately, Binance has not lived up to my expectations regarding the donation assistance. Because of this, I didn't get what was coming to me. Please honor Binance's promise and credit the donation to my account as soon as possible. This is the only reasonable and just solution to the problem. I expect better service from Binance than to delay the delivery of the donation.
