Binance's Earthquake Assistance Promise is Left Unfulfilled

Binance promised earthquake assistance to those who verified before February 6, 2023. According to their announcement, they were supposed to provide $100 support to eligible customers, and I met all the necessary conditions. However, despite this, their customer service team is now returning negative responses. When I contacted their customer service, they initially informed me that I had met the prerequisites for receiving the support. However, when I followed up, they claimed that they are not at liberty to provide due to KVKK regulations. They stated that the issue would be forwarded to their distribution teams, but I have since received further negative responses. I trusted this company to provide the support they promised, and it is disheartening to see them failing to follow through.
