Binance Turkey Earthquake Relief Not Sent

In regard to the poor system performance in distributing earthquake relief funds, I am writing to Binance and Binance TR. Due to technical difficulties on February 1st, I was unable to successfully complete the address verification process and was therefore rejected. Where did I go wrong? I verified my address on the 7th of February, but my earthquake relief fund still hasn't arrived. I need your support badly; it's difficult for me right now. 05464**2250 is my personal cell number. Please transfer the earthquake relief money to my account if I tried to verify my address on February 1. Due to Binance's system failures, I am in a very difficult position with regard to the distribution of the earthquake relief fund. As a paying customer, I expect quick and effective support. Please expedite the deposit of my earthquake relief fund on Binance so I can help those in need. Thank you Binance.
