Bigo Live Messaging Not Working on Android
I’ve been using the Bigo Live app on my Android device, and for the past 15–20 days, I’ve been unable to send messages to anyone. I have already updated, deleted, and reinstalled the app multiple times, but the issue still persists. I haven’t received any warning, restriction, or suspension message on my account. I also tried reaching out to Bigo customer support, but I haven’t been able to get any response.
My username is “yenicericayocagi.” The problem occurs when I try to message any user, not just specific ones. I haven’t made any recent changes to my account or device settings.
I request that my account be reviewed and reactivated so that I can send messages to my friends again. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
