I Can’t Send Messages on My New Bigo Live Account Despite Completing All Verifications

I recently created a new account on Bigo Live and completed all required identity verifications, but I still can’t send messages to anyone. This issue is extremely frustrating because I can see that I’m logged in and can chat without interruptions, yet whenever I try to send a message, nothing goes through.
I’ve checked everything, including my ID verification (ID number 9767**717), but the problem persists. I’m asking for urgent help to resolve this so I can use the messaging feature as expected. It’s unfair to restrict communication after completing all necessary steps. Bigo Live needs to fix this issue immediately to avoid losing users like me.
