I Can’t Access My BigoLive Account After Changing My Phone Number
Hello, I’m having trouble logging into my BigoLive account because I recently changed my phone number. The app is asking for a verification code sent to my old number, which I’ve already deactivated. Although my account is also linked to my Gmail, BigoLive still insists on sending a code to the old number, making it impossible for me to log in.
I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I’m stuck. There’s no clear option for recovering access using email alone, and without that verification code, I can’t even reset anything.
BigoLive, please help me regain access to my account. There should be a way to update or verify my identity without relying on an unavailable phone number. I’d really appreciate a solution as soon as possible.
