Bigo Live Charged My Card but Never Delivered the Diamonds
On December 22, 2025, at approximately 4:35 AM Azerbaijan time, I purchased diamonds on the Bigo Live app using my debit card in the amount of $1. The purchase was approved in the app and marked as “delivered,” but afterward the payment was not confirmed and the diamonds were not credited to my account.
Even though the amount was successfully charged to my debit card, I currently have neither the diamonds in my account nor a refund. I contacted both Bigo Live and my bank regarding this issue, and I was told there were no problems on either side, yet the issue is still unresolved. My Bigo Live account ID is 877931372.
I request that the diamonds corresponding to the $1 payment be immediately credited to my account, or that the full amount be refunded to my card without delay.
