I am writing to report a serious issue with my Bigo Live account, which was stolen through my registered phone number. My account had ₺90 worth of diamonds already inside, and I had also just transferred ₺1,500 from my Garanti Bank account. Both the money and my diamonds disappeared along with my account access.
The incident happened shortly after I was told that a code would be sent to me while loading diamonds. I entered the code, believing it was part of the normal process, but instead I immediately lost access to my account. Since then, I have not received any warning about suspicious activity or login alerts. For reference, I usually accessed my account from Bursa using a Casper mobile device.
I have not yet contacted Bigo’s customer service or filed a formal complaint with my bank, but I intend to take action. At this point, my priority is to have my account restored and to recover the ₺1,500 and the diamonds that were stolen.
I am urging Bigo Live to treat this as a serious security breach and provide an immediate solution. I expect my account to be secured, my lost funds and diamonds refunded, and stronger protections implemented to prevent other users from falling victim to the same type of scam.
