I placed an order for diamonds on Bigolive with order number 2506430314230383, which cost me ₺194.78. However, after completing the purchase, I realized that the code I received is not valid for use in Turkey. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the warning or disclaimer before confirming the transaction.
Now I’m stuck with a code I can’t use and no way to claim what I paid for. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the amount spent. I expect Bigolive or the platform that processed the payment to offer a solution. At the very least, I want a full refund or for the diamonds to be credited directly to my Bigo ID.
Please reach out immediately and provide a way to resolve this issue. I shouldn’t lose my money over a code compatibility issue that wasn’t clearly disclosed.
