Bibox Did Not Process My Withdrawal Request for Tokens

Yesterday, I deposited some tokens, and a few minutes later, I submitted a withdrawal request for the same tokens. However, my withdrawal request has not been processed. The Bibox Withdrawal Notification ID is 119.28.182.221 -1736502948810. I have already waited for more than 24 hours, and it is still not processed. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider filing a complaint with law enforcement agencies.
