I am experiencing an issue with the Bibox app as I am unable to withdraw my VBG coins, even though I deposited them through the BEP20 blockchain. The transaction has been pending confirmation from Bibox for several days without any update. I have contacted Bibox support multiple times, but I have not received any response or confirmation regarding the transaction. I kindly request that Bibox review my case and complete the withdrawal or provide a prompt resolution.
