My withdrawal has been suspended by Bibox since February 2023, and despite repeatedly requesting the release of my funds, there has been no response or action from their side. It feels as though my concerns are being ignored, and I am left without access to my money for an unreasonably long time. I am urgently seeking a solution to this issue and expect Bibox to address this matter immediately.
