Withdrawal Rejected With Error
I recently started using a platform called Bharat Club, which I accessed through the Chrome browser, and on the same day I attempted a withdrawal from my account. At around 1:36, I tried to withdraw an amount of 2784, but the withdrawal was repeatedly cancelled and rejected. On the screen it shows a message like “please kindly contact your teacher” and the withdrawal does not go through. When I contacted Bharat Club through their support section, they told me to get in touch with my agent, but this did not solve my problem and my money is still stuck in the account. I am unable to withdraw my own balance even though I followed the process on their platform. I request that my withdrawal of 2784 be processed successfully and that this amount be transferred to my bank account without any further delay. I expect clear information on why the withdrawal was cancelled and a permanent solution so that such an issue does not occur again.
